This year we will be hosting our second event at our new location in Sebring FL. The area has a lot to offer including golfing, fishing, museums or even take the wheel of a race car (
Things to do in Sebring FL). This is a great opportunity to get back in flying shape and to get current on your formation qualifications. Even if your are not interested in flying formation you are welcome and encouraged to attend. Our Proposed Schedule is as follows:

Special Notes:
1. This schedule is subject to change. Check back often.
2. We will have limited ground transportation to/from the hotel. Rental cars are available
3. The event fee will cover daily coffee, drinks and snacks as well as lunch through the week and the dinner on Saturday and Monday. All other meal/drink expenses are yours.
4. Book your hotel early (now). You can always cancel but it can get tricky to get rooms if you wait to long.
5. Fueling will be provided by on site by fuel truck with our standard "Prop Tag" system. You can download the fuel form below. For indoor parking please contact the FBO

We were able to get a limited number of rooms (25) at the Seven Sebring Hotel for this years event.
The hotel is walking distance from the Airport and part of the overall Airport / Racetrack property.
You must call the hotel directly and ask for the T-34 Association block in order to get the rate.
You can book 2 days before and 2 days after the event at this rate.
The block rate expires on March 25th.

These are backup hotels and they are approximately a 15 min drive from the airport.
